My job recently ended (I worked in the office two days a week) and Tommy and I are now home together everyday. I will admit that I was a bit anxious about being home every day without a "break" (my break being going to the office/Tommy to daycare) but we are having a lot of fun and quickly finding a new routine together.
Last weekend we traveled to Iowa with my Mom to visit my sister and her family. Tommy was a great traveler and liked playing with his cousin's toys.
Next week we travel to Boston to visit Doug's family for a few days.....more pictures when we return!
Getting ready to take a wagon ride with the neighbors - Tommy adores them and they love their "baby"
Trying on cousin Henry's cool fireman's outfit -- he could not walk very well in the boots, but maybe Aunt Tracey will let him borrow it for Halloween and he could get some practice ahead of time???
Enjoying a delicious snack of juice and cheese crackers with Henry - yum yum, as Tommy would say
Taking a ride in Henry's Jeep -- yes, it really drives, and yes, they both wore helmets

Yay for you!!! Congrats on getting to be a stay at home Mommy. Hope you have as much fun as I do! Katie has that same water table. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it...keeps her busy for hours. Looks like Tommy likes to dress up as much as Katie does, only she wears tu-tu's and feather boa's. Guess Doug is really happy that Tommy prefers to be a firefighter though! Hmmm...maybe we should map quest a road trip to Syracuse for you!! Hugs and kisses to Tommy from Katie
Talk to you soon
Dawn
i'm glad tommy & henry get along so famously. (henry is definitely looking like tracey these days...) & i'm glad he enjoys that fireman outfit we got henry. (did henry pass it down to him? tracey said it's a little too small for him now...) whose idea was it to let henry drive though? he's got to have picked up some of his mom's driving habits! glad tommy wore a helmet.
I am going to stay home with Caroline, too (once we finally get her home), and it's good to hear that it is going so well!
